We ship all orders within the United Kingdom with a Tracked service. FREE UK shipping for orders over £35.00 GBP. International shipping costs are calculated on package weight and destination. We may split your order into multiple packages if it exceeds 2kg.

If your delivery address is outside the UK you may have to pay import taxes which are your responsibility and you should contact your national customs office for more details.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We happily accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order (exchange only on sale items). Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and put inside your package with the item to be returned. If you do not have a form please return the package to the address below and include a note stating the reason for your return /exchange. Returned goods must be in brand new condition. The cost of returning the items is your responsibility.
UK Returns
If you live in the UK we will send the exchanged items back to you for FREE (first exchange only, excluding sale items).
International Returns
The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. If returning items from outside the UK please clearly mark your package RETURNED GOODS. Also include the words RETURNED BRITISH GOODS on the customs declaration to prevent any import charges being incurred. Returned items that incur an import charge may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender. If we have to pay any import charges then we reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due.

We aim to process your request within 14 working days of receiving your return.
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations which allow you to return items within 14 days.
If there appears to be a problem with an item you have received, please contact us hello@sunjellies.com within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, name and details of the problem so we can review the matter. A photo is necessary to confirm any faulty items.
