Once the order has been successfully placed an order confirmation is automatically emailed to your email address. We will send another email with tracking once your order has been shipped. Sun Jellies has an online store but not a physical store. You can browse the complete range of Sun Jellies bags online, plus our original French jelly shoes. We ship worldwide.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of receiving the order. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number to let you know when your order has been shipped.

Shoe sizes can vary between manufacturers so please refer to our size guide and check your inner sole measurements, using the instructions provided, to ensure you choose the right size for you.

Kid’s jelly shoes tend to come up a little small, so it is particularly important to check the size guide, as you may decide to size up.

Unfortunately, once the order has been despatched we are unable to make any changes.

The colour of your goods may vary slightly from the images on our website due to differences in screen settings, internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc. Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that the colours are displayed accurately these images are for illustrative purposes only and should be used as a guide.

The shipping timeframes on our website are estimates provided by the carriers we work with and are not guarantees. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible but occasionally delays may occur that are outside our control, such as customs clearance hold ups or a back log of post (especially at Christmas time). We kindly ask you that you contact the retail store where you purchased the item. The retailer will handle your claim in accordance with the rules of the country from which our retail partner operates.

Product received as a gift
You will need to have proof of purchase.

If the gift was purchased from our webshop and you have an order number please email hello@sunjellies.com with a clear photo of the concern that you are reporting.

If the gift was purchased at one of our retail partners, then we kindly ask you to contact them directly. The retailer will handle your claim in accordance with the rules of the country from which our retail partner operates.

No problem. We happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Please read our Shipping & Returns page for more information. Costs to return any items to our warehouse will be your responsibility.

Oh no! If you have received the wrong item/size or anything is missing from your order please contact us straight away at hello@sunjellies.com so we can rectify this for you.

Sun Jellies bags are made from 100% recyclable LDPE. Méduse jelly shoes are made from 100% recyclable PVC.

Sun Jellies bags are made in Thailand. Méduse jelly shoes are made in Morocco and France.

Sun Jellies bags are made of LDPE which is number 4 in the recycling triangle. Meduse jelly shoes are made of PVC which is number 3 in the recycling triangle. Please contact your local authority regarding what is recyclable in your kerbside collection, or contact your nearest recycling depot.

We care about our environment. Our products are not single use items. They are designed to last and in fact there are so many ways you can use a Sun Jellies bag without it deteriorating and requiring replacement, you could say it is a sustainable item to have in your home.

Our products are not the type of items that end up in the ocean or on beaches. Most of the plastic pollution in the ocean starts out on land, blowing from waste bins and landfill sites into rivers or sewers, then flowing out into the sea. It also comes from our clothes in the form of tiny “microplastics” which go down the drain when we wash synthetic clothing. Yes. All our Retro Baskets are shipped flat and you will need to assemble them. This flat design of our original Retro Basket, with pegs and peg holes down the sides for assembly, is a famous feature of this style since the 70s. It’s perfect for travelling as you can pack the unassembled bag in your suitcase and pop it together at your holiday destination. Once assembled the bags can be taken apart by gently pushing the pegs back through the holes. Do not rip the sides apart as this can stretch and tear the pegs, damaging the bag.
